Radiance is is the source of health, vitality, limitless well-being that is always available to you. It is a choice that you make–to feel better, to choose empowering thoughts, to act in accordance with yourvalues. The more you do these things, the more you awaken to your natural flow. That which brings you into alignment with abundance, prosperity, perfect health, happiness, is that which is your radiant source. If you feel overwhelmed and out of sorts, start by slowing down. Getting quiet. If this takes more than a moment, try sitting on your hands until you get an answer of where you need to turn. Try incorporating these habits into your daily life to awaken to a more effortless you creating a radiant life.

1. Slow down.
Get still. Be very quiet. You will hear what you need to create a radiant and more effortless life when you are able to connect with your inner guidance system. You have feelings that are constantly sending you messages as to what brings you into alignment and what takes you away from the Source of your radiance. As you feel good, and spend more time in the feel good place, you will reclaim more of your radiance. If you feel overwhelmed or covered up by other people’s ideas of who you should be, or the thought that you are not good enough now, slow down. Sit on your hands until the story that is underlying all of your grief gets quiet. Allow yourself to dwell in the possiblity of living without the story. You will be more efficient, more available, more radiant than ever before when you relieve yourself of the need to run away from your radiance.

2.Do not compare yourself to others, to another time in your life, no matter what!
Your body is constantly seeking balance. When you compare you to someone outside of you, or where you are now to where you were 10 years ago, you lose energy and vitality. You may experience a dip in your well-being. You will feel more radiant when you reach for the resources within you and those around you that you are attracted to–to love yourself like never before.

3.Start to figure out what’s right with you.
Love yourself from the inside out. Rather than obsessing about or worrying about what’s wrong with you, spend your life enhancing what’s right with you by enjoying yourself. You have been given this life and all the energy inside of you is asking to feel better. Use your energy to feel better by thank the not-so-good thoughts for sharing, and from there, immediately shifting the focus to what’s working with you. You are precious. You are a Divine blessing to this world. You have the right to share the good inside of you with you and everyone around you. Life is a process, constantly progressing at an ever-evolving pace of greater radiance. See how it feels to find what you love about your life. And go there, to the places that feel good within and all around you.

4.Notice your intentions.
What gets you to the gym? Who shows up when you sit down to eat? Notice the conversations you have with yourself. Notice what brings you to people, and what turns you away from them. As you go within, you may notice that you are creating the life that you are living by the thoughts you have. From there, choose thoughts that make you feel good. If what you are doing does not feel good, stop doing it! Shift your attitude, and begin again with a renewed sense of well-being.

5. Have fun.
Turn the outer edges of your lips upwards. The best is yet to come. Keep expecting good things to happen through you. If you feel stuck, get outside. Go play in whatever way feeds your soul. Go to the symphony, to the park with a friend, jump on a trampoline, sing a song. Celebrate your radiance and feel your vibration increase. Ooze enthusiasm into the world. As you do so, you may notice that people really need to have fun, and as you have more fun, other people may want to join your party!
